A local student running a small, careful operation
I'm a student here on the North Shore, and Coast Cleaning is my own small business. When you text that number, you're texting me — not a dispatcher in another city, and not a chatbot.
The cleaners who come to your place are experienced professionals with years of work behind them, their own supplies and their own equipment. My job is everything around them: quoting you honestly, confirming the details before they arrive, and being the person you come back to if something isn't right.
Every job gets photographed. That's how I check the work myself, and how you see exactly what you paid for.
Flat pricing
Build your price
Pick the service and your place. These are real flat prices, not starting-from figures — the number you see is the number you pay.
Included in every turnover: full bed linen and towel change, hotel-style bed setup, kitchen reset, and restocking the supplies you leave on site.
What's covered
The checklist, room by room

The re-clean guarantee
If your landlord flags something at the inspection, or a guest arrives to anything that isn't right, message us and we come back and deal with it at no charge. We'd rather spend an hour fixing one thing than have you lose a deposit or a five-star review over it.
How booking works
Three steps, no walkthrough
-
Take your price off this page
The figure in the calculator is your price — no estimate, no sales call to find out what it really costs. Text it to us and we'll confirm a date, usually within the hour.
-
Send a few photos to lock it in
Kitchen, bathrooms and the main living area. This isn't us re-pricing you — it's how we confirm the quote and brief the cleaner properly. If a place is genuinely outside the ordinary, we'd rather tell you before you book than surprise you on the day.
-
We clean and document
You don't need to be there. Afterward you get timestamped before-and-after photos, and you pay by e-transfer once you're happy.
Common questions
Before you book
Do I need to be there?
No, and most people aren't. Arrange access however suits you — a lockbox, a key with the building manager, or meeting the cleaner at the start. You'll get photos when it's done.
Can you handle same-day Airbnb turnovers?
Often, yes — tell us your usual checkout and check-in times and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover that window before you rely on it. For hosts booking regularly we hold a standing slot, which is the only way to guarantee a tight turnaround in peak season.
Do you do the laundry for turnovers?
The linen and towel change is included as standard — we strip, remake the beds hotel-style and set out fresh towels from the sets you keep on site. Running spare sets through a wash can be arranged on top, so just tell us how you'd like it handled.
Am I locked into a recurring schedule?
No. No contract and no cancellation fee. Skip a visit, change the frequency, or stop entirely — just give us a day's notice where you can so the cleaner can fill the slot.
Why is the first recurring clean more expensive?
A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned recently needs a deep clean before maintenance visits make sense. After that first one, you're on the standard recurring rate.
What if my landlord disputes the cleaning?
You'll have timestamped before-and-after photos of every room, which is the kind of evidence that carries weight if a deposit dispute goes to the Residential Tenancy Branch. We'll also re-clean anything they specifically flag, free.
Which areas do you cover?
North and West Vancouver first, and the rest of Metro Vancouver on request. Text us your address and we'll confirm straight away.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer after the job is finished and you've seen the photos. Nothing upfront. Recurring and turnover clients can settle weekly or monthly instead.
Need a clean this month?
Send a few photos and we'll come back with a flat price — usually within the hour.
